Embroidery Kit: How To

Use theses images as references but feel free to embroider as you like!

PREPARING THE EMBROIDERY

All of these kits use 3 stranded threads. The floss included in this kit is 6-stranded so you will have to split the threads by hand. I usually do this by just separating the threads 3 v 3 and pulling the whole thing out, careful not to knot the thread on itself.

I’ve included a needle threader in the kit to get the thread in the needle easier.
Don’t forget to knot the end! Personally, I just wrap the end around my finger at least twice and then roll it off.

This is a really long youtube tutorial but super helpful! Skim around the beginning just to understand how to prep for embroidery.

FINISHING THE STITCH

Once you finish off the stitches, don’t forget to tie off the ends so they don’t unravel!
